I am an astrophysicist, an STFC postdoctoral research assistant at Armagh Observatory, working on double white dwarf mergers with Simon Jeffery.

Before coming to Armagh I was a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Astronomy in the University of Cambridge, working with Chris Tout. I completed a PhD on the theory of the evolution of binary stars with a particular focus on common-envelope evolution.
